Modules of Importer Management System (ABS IMS) are specially intended for importers and leading car distributors. Particular processes of the system are setup for detail support of importer’s work. Importer Management System is directly integrated with other Automotive Business Solution (ABS) modules and it enables to control a net of dealers for one or more car brands in a high quality.

ABS IMS Core

Core module is mandatory module which contains functionalities necessary for all other modules. This add-on granule consists of the following functionalities:

Car tracking card - system is based on a basic unit – car tracking card which serves to record detailed information about parameters of a given car. All particular and service cases including their history are recorded in the car tracking card. Further on there is an evidence of all operations with
a car (purchase, sale, customs, purchase costs, PDI, warranty service, warranty check, spare parts and service work) in the car tracking card.

Car status – possibility to monitor a car from order via production and transport (e.g. ship, port, transport) to purchase and sale to end customer including the following service.

Possibility to monitor more car brands in one system – it can be used for current work with random number of car brands from both the point of view of importer’s modules or from the point
of view of dealer’s modules.

Car configuration – car configuration directly in the system with sequence to all other processes (order, production, purchase, sale, invoice) with the possibility of connection to www configuration.

Direct linking of car module to fixed assets – direct connection with fixed assets module and
in case of necessity a possibility to transfer cars in stock directly into freehold.

Discounts and price policies – a possibility to break up total selling discount of cars to partial prices according to form of provided selling discount e.g. campaign discounts, fleet discounts, dealer’s profit margins.

Monitoring of bonuses to particular carsMo – in terms of importer system (ABS IMS) it is possible to create conditions for car bonuses for dealers. It is one of the tools for dealer network control.

Monitoring of credit frames of particular customers – automatic monitoring of credit frame
of particular dealers with possibility of warning or block during their overdraft. The system enables
to setup independent credit frames for cars and spare parts sale.

Wizards for records creation (contacts, customers) – intuitive wizard for creation of new records into system. Wizards are significant support of efficiency (workflow) and quality within data the system.

Car reservation – the system enables a reservation for particular dealer of end customer with possibility to set time of reservation validity, maximal number or booked cars.

Communication with producer or importer – electronic data exchange between business partners with possibility to conform communication interface to particular car brands and producers.

Cars transfers between location – collective cars transfers between locations according to chosen criteria with possibility to use monitoring of temporal locations during the journey (ship or car transport).

Dispatch requirements to logistic partner – possibility to plan and realize cars distribution
to particular dealers via electronic connection to a strong logistic partner when all necessary communication is carried out in electronic way.

Monitoring of customs clearance of the car – during each movement of the car it is possible
to monitor its customs clearance with possibility to enter commands to a clearance in random stock location.

ABS IMS Aftersales

ABS IMS Aftersales module is powerful tool for Claim management from Dealers to OEM flow with detail tracking and checking functionalities. This module also enables you to prepare own country based bundles, accessories and inspections packs.

Warranty report card – basic module card on which there is all information about warranty reports and connected linking with other modules.

Warranty reports processing at importer – possibility to process warranty reports from dealers and following report to a producer in a manual and automatic way.

Evidence of car activation – monitoring of information about car sale to end customer and following data processing. Link to car owners and users contacts and link to system of standard and enlarged guarantees, evidence of assistance services and security of customer’s personal data.

Processing of registration books – possibility to choose cars for registration books draw according to entered criteria, sending the data for creation and print of registration books, information import about drawn registration books including basic technical description of the car.

Service checks – evidence of regular warranty checks for particular car models. Individual setup and pricing of the check according to particular dealers.

Service actions – accurate definition of actions that are given for particular car modules or particular cars. Possibility of distinction of service action to assembly actions (with addressing customers), service actions (at service visit) and service information (service procedure for chosen defects solution). The system provides a link to given service actions and their carrying out on a particular car according to VIN.

Additional equipment of accessories for new cars – definition and pricing of accessories installation to new cars. Possibility of discounts according to customer and campaign.

Service package – possibility to create the so called Service packages. These packages serve
to define often repeating operations in the service. Package can be formed by material or work.

Standard and enlarged car guarantees – evidence of guarantees to a car. Difference between guarantees provided by producer, dealer and supplier. Guarantees to a car, body, additional prolongation of guarantee.

Assistance services – possibility to monitor and record assistance services negotiated
to a particular car.

Working position – evidence and servicing of producer’s working positions (time regulations).

Goods reservation – possibility of automatic reservation with reference to requirements
to purchase, sale and consumption in the system, based on e.g. minimal and maximal conditions, particularly other defined criteria. Evidence of not covered selling orders and possibility of collective automatic processing of not covered spare parts selling orders are parts of reservation.

Goods substitution – possibility of automatic processing of particular types of substitution of spare parts.

ABS IMS – Substitution card

Location of goods in stock – location of goods to particular locations. The system enables optimization of movement of goods in the stock during expedition and by this it solves optimization
of stock inventories (intelligent stock manager). Support of automatic order cover and monitoring
of goods location in the stock of external partner on the basis of defined electronic connection.

Barcodes – support of work with all commonly accessible barcodes and connection to barcodes scanners or mobile terminals via which goods entry or deliverance from stock is carried out very easily.

Automatic goods orders – minimal and maximal conditions of particular spare parts are possible to be automatically proposed by extra order of goods with connection to automatic reservation. Minimal and maximal conditions are proposed with regard to anterior movements of goods and existing orders.

Remote management – on-line spare parts order. System monitors overview of ordered goods delays.

Various types of orders – possibility to setup more types of orders according to priorities
and delivery time. Including various selling prices according to order types.

Suites and sets – creation of suites and sets according to marketing services. Suites and sets
are possible to be imported electronically from the producer or importer.

Inventory taking – complete module for inventory processing with the link to the use of barcodes and mobile terminals technologies.

Evidence of tasks – system enables to enter, record and control digestedly internal tasks
of particular workers. This functionality is directly linked in two ways with Microsoft Outlook.

Segmentation – creation of segments of end customers according to various criteria with a link
to addressing (e.g. e-mail, fax) that is carried out directly from the system.

Campaigns – realization of marketing campaigns for sale of new cars including monitoring the costs for campaign and their contributions.

On-line overview of sold cars – on-line evaluation is crucial for middle management
of the company and operative decisions. On-line monitoring is possible via all countries, companies and branches.

 

ABS IMS Communication

ABS IMS Communication module enables communication of importer with producer, importer with dealers in different spheres of daily activities (production conditions, transfer of technical information, pricelists, equipment, norms). Further on this module solves communication in business sphere (orders, deliveries, invoices).
