A company CarWay Group offers services with Microsoft Dynamics

CarWay Group Ltd. is an international group of companies divided into four product divisions that offer complex services to owners and keepers of vehicles. Whole group is owned by a Holland company CarWay B.V. We offer individual services of particular product divisions or services of all divisions within one complex service.

The group of companies called CarWay Group dwells in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Nowadays it dwells in:the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania. Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV information system was carried out during the first quarter of the year 2008, when the standard solution including Car rental was set up.
The Module called Car rental serves for evidence of rent vehicles, booking of rents of vehicles and well arranged control of particular types of contracts of lease. The Module Car rental is completely linked with the spheres of Finances, Purchase and Sale. Users are able to do all account operations connected with their activities in a given solution.
The module Car rental enables the key users to monitor the process at a car rental – from the booking via its rent to a final invoicing of the service. The user has an on-line overview about all vehicles in a car rental via the so called utilization of vehicles. Here it is possible not only to monitor the current condition of a vehicle but also create new bookings and rents.
The system was launched in May. Nowadays CarWay Group passes the system to a routine operation.
